If you're interested in Norse paganism take a look at the Heathenry class. While the teacher had to leave halfway through it has a ton of good links and other resources. However it deals specifcally with Heathenry as opposed to Wicca.

http://www.thetroth.org/ is one of the best Heathen sites I've found.

Can't help you with a "norse tradition of wicca", but if you want information on Asatru, Heathenism, Odinism, or The Northern Way, go to http://irminsul.org or http://northvegr.org
edited to add: Um, I wouldn't mention anything about looking for a "norse tradition of wicca" on any of those Asatru sites, even The Troth... least they'll probably do is blast you, worst they'll do is come find where you live... some of those folk are pretty Folkish...

I would concern myself on learning and understanding the lore first and foremost. On the northvegr.org message boards there is a thread dedicated to Traditional Magic but that is just gravy compared to the loads of other stuff you need to learn if you wish to follow the Northern Way.And dont focus so much on the magic aspect and whatever you do, DO NOT utter norse/wicca magic in the same breath or attempt to compare the two, they are two different things. Heithni is Heithni Wicca is Wicca.
