Decorating an excercise room

Just curious on if anyone has any good suggestions for a workout room. Right now I have a universal weight machine, a few sets fo dumbells, a recline bike and a TV, and that is it, no art, no anything else.

does it have windows? what does the floor look like?

The floor is blue carpet and would be hard to change as the Universal would have to be taken apart to move.

There is one window and there is a door to the deck that has pane windows in it.

I would consider painting the room, maybe a warm color. something that makes you feel energized obvious this is a room where you want to have a lot of energy so stay away from anything too calming or mellow...

mirrors. big ones! but not too much or you could walk into one like i did once :cutie:

The walls are white at the moment
indian orange or some warm, vibrant color that gives you a lighter heart and energy.


stay away from cool colors.
