When are we going to see more books by Mr. Buckland? Surely there are more secrets about magick behind those gypsy eyes of yours . Sorry about the mister. It is just that I was taught in my family that you either refer to what we call magickal intelligence on feet , as Master or elder , somehow Ray just gets stuck there on my tongue about midway between in and out and it kind of gets mangled by my teeth. Sorry! . But, I would indeed like to see a new book equal to or greater than the Big Blue Book . Perhaps a text book on Gypsy magick? We won't care in my family , honest it doesn't even have to be blue. heeee
Perhaps a Gypsy magick text book with lessons and exercises like in the Blue book? Something on older magick perhaps.

MM,
a very good friend of mine once told me that is why he wouldn't want to be an author , you don't get breaks when you make the decision to put your knowledge into print. And when an author is as good as Mr. Buckland and has the ability to make one see pictures with words , one always wants more. I hope Mr. Buckland realizes how much his talents are appreciated by not only the wicca but by hereditaries as well. But, I thank you for your response .

ROFL...you hit it right on the head. You spend months (or more) on a book, sometimes 50-60 hour weeks, finally get it written, revised, edited, copyedited, go through the publisher's galleys, and then it hits the shelves! And then, you start getting letters..."Stayed up all night to finish it...can't wait for the next one! When's it coming out?"

HUGE compliment to your writing, but also just...kinda...makes you go...oh man, I can only write so fast!

MM,
Yasmine, you are ever so sweet and have always been so nice to me . Even when there is no such thing as a break. I guess it is easy to write when you do it by remembering someone special who touched your life in so many ways as the people in my life have. My favorite quote was from my Grandmother who told me to always remember ,'IT'S NOT THE SPELL THAT WORKS , BUT RATHER THE WITCH WHO WORKS THE SPELL" I find myself remember what was taught to me by those wonderful old people, and I miss their special brand of magick more and more. But, they are no more , they only live in that old beat up bos that reminds me of who I am. A funny thing happened the other day concerning the bos. I was going to lay my bos on my scanner and scan a photo of it to one of my long time witches and students and realized that there was a reason my scanner was making that horrible cracking sound, my book unknown to me weighed almost 11 lbs. Well, had to scratch that idea . I could see those old people laughing at me. Heeeeeeeeeee
