I'm still figureing if I'm going to do it or not. But I was wondering if there would be anyone interested in taking an OBE/Astral Projection class. If yes, it will take me a while to put it together and it would be intense. The course would be long because it's very important to take down all the basics and get them down pat before you try any of the other exercises. I also would as that If i were to do the course that people only go at their own pace, you can do serious damage to yourself if you were to get into something you weren't ready for and then scare yourself out of my class.

If people might be interested I'll put together a proposal, and syllabus and submit them. However I would end up makeing up the lessons in advance of the class starting so before I do all the work I want to make sure it isn't for no reason.

If you made the class, I would join. Astral projection is something I've tried a few times, but want to learn more about. :)

Not really, but I think it had a lot to do with my surroundings. I have pretty noisy neighbors and they let their children jump up and down on our ceiling. It can be pretty distracting. I won't give up hope though, and I'm moving in two months so hopefully it will be a little quieter. When I was little, I remember doing it a few times on accident. Nothing major, but all I remember is it really freaking me out.

lol, not for a little while, I still have to finish your class :P lol. Plus I need to make sure I have all area's covered. Maybe in 3 months or so, Since this is a definate on a student body I'll start working diligently on it tonight.

(PS, If anyone wants a headstart I'm gonna give you something that took me a while to get the hang of, you need to be able to quiet your inner dialogue in order to properly project. Try seeing how long you can quiet the words in your head. Don't worry if it takes you a while and dont rush. The easiest way to do this would be to live in your surroundings feel, smell, hear, taste, just dont verbally comment on it in your mind, this may be hard on our analysts. Like the way your mind goes silent when you try and listen for something far off in the distance.)

I can do astral projection, but I have serious problems with OBE. I can never fully leave my body. I feel trapped. I'd like to do it, but for some reason I can't. I'd definitely join.

Hi Kaliel (love the name btw). OBE is astral projection. OBE stands for Out of Body experience, and when you astraly project, you are out of body. Do you mean that You lucid dream, or that rou get sleep parylsis but are unable to slide from your body? Please explain.
