Well, there is a slight scoliosis in the lumbars, which basicly look like a bunch of wood blocks piled on top of each other helter skelter. An X-ray taken in 1976 showed one lumbar which only was 1/3 of an inch in height. Over the years I've done a lot of Creative Visualization on that spot, and strangely enough, it now shows up on the X-ray as being one full inch in height. Go figure.
The current X-ray shows a couple places where the nerves are being pinched, and one disc that is quite compressed. In addition to acupuncture, massage & chiropractic, I'll use some Creative Visualization & perhaps Reiki to fix that. Hard work, but with some exercise therapy to strengthen my core muscles beyond normal strength, I should be out of pain permanently within a year... maybe less
