Surgery

I am looking for complete information on the
practice of gender re-assignment surgery, which
was done in the ancient Goddess/matriarchal
societies, in the Near & Middle East, Asia, Africa
and South America. The last such surgeries were
done in pre-pharoah Egypt. The records were
kept in the library in Alexandria, but they were all
burned by Alexander the Great(the Pig).
Does anyone know where I may obtain this
information?
