For the new testament to be at the foundation of Christianity, did Jesus or any other prophet forsee the actual making of it by man? And if so, where is it written in the bible? It should be in the Torah if it is, don't you think?

No. Not the making of the New Testament.

Chirstianity claims that in a few books of the prophets -- Issiah specifically -- There are prophacies of Jesus and his mission. They attribute it also to some Psalms passages.

But as far as I know, the Torah and Prophets do not tell of the MAKING of the New Testament.

When you think of it, the New Testament is an ACCOUNT of Jesus' life, ie. his biography. I dont think the Torah would be concerened with the writing down and documentation of his life and mission, but rather as Christianity claims, of his true identity as the Messiah and the Salvation that he will bring. The rest of the New Testament are letters written by various political leaders of Primitive Christianity. They are, if anything, historical and not theological.

That's what I thought too. That really makes one wonder then doesn't it?

The Old Testament actually has many mentions of prophecy involving the Messiah, of whom Christians believe is Jesus. The old writings also speak of a new covenant between God and his people. The following is just one such quote. The teachings of the new testament are writings of the new covenent to Christians and Messianic Jews.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Jeremiah 31:31-33 "Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah-- "not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the LORD. "But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
