A Carmalite Nun being interviewed
I found this amazing interview on youtube interviewing Sister Curshula of a New Zealand Carmalite Monastery. I was struck by just how down to earth she is and I definitely enjoyed watching, even though I am not Catholic!

I'll watch this later.
 For a long time, I actually wanted to be a (cloistered) nun.  The only issue is that I'm not Catholic and I'm not sure I could ever become one. I find Catholic spirituality as well as nuns to be fascinating, though.

This is very neat, thanks for posting this!
Watching these clips makes me think of my late grandmother... She wanted to become a Carmelite when she was young.

She's absolutely wonderful! I love her vocational story. I think you already know this Toby but if I wasn't in a relationship I'd be deeply contemplating the religious life.
She's radiant yet down-to-earth and her faith seems so profound in its simplicity.
