  • Pencil Portrait: Cooper Cronk (Mechanical Pencil)

This pencil portrait was done to bring some challenge into my drawing. Open mouth, both upper and lower teeth as well as a hint of tongue has always been something I have found extremely complicated in the past. This was an eye opener to me both in terms of boldness when it comes to shading as well as what is in fact complicated and what is not.

All in all I have to say that I am fairly proud at how I am progressing, but I still have a long way to go.

It took me one evening to draw... so all in all I am speeding up. A4 sheet, and as previously stated a mechanical pencil was what I used.
