I started meditating about a week ago. I've never done that before. I only meditate about half an hour a day (actually 20 minutes because it takes me 10 minutes to calm and slow my hurrying mind), usually in evening before sleep.
Everything seems good, but I've noticed that I'm feeling quite giddy and my head swims. Sometimes I even feel like fainting. Why is it so? Do I do something wrong or what?
